4 Month Checkup

I cannot believe it has already been four months.  Remember when I asked time to move slowly?  Yea, so not happening.  Evan is growing faster than I ever imagined possible and we are loving every minute. 

The past month has seemed to be jam packed with new adventures for Evan.  He has discovered his feet, learned to stick out his tongue, talks all the time, got his first cold, declared that he hates his swaddle, grabs onto everything and immediately sticks it in his mouth, and has decided that sleep his overrated.  However, he has also put himself to sleep twice in the past week, see: 

  

Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.  At his four month checkup today, his doctor declared him a healthy, happy, growing boy. But we already knew that didn't we?  He is in the 20% for height and weight, and the 90% for head circumference.  Big brains, it will get you every time.   

We attempted a four month photo shoot this evening, but between daycare, shots and browsing Barnes and Noble for baby recipe books (oh yes, its coming!), he was pooped.  We will try again in the morning.
